| SEA KAYAKING TEAM-BUILDING IN TALLINN, ESTONIA |
 |
Paddling trip is probably the most “exotic” way to experience Tallinn. It takes you straight to the ”heart of the city".
It is recommended for paddlers with different level of experience. Also novice paddlers are welcomed. Participants will get good overview of Tallinn sea history. Group will visit 8 harbors out of 12 (including port were submarine Lembit and ice-breaker Suur Tõll are located). We will talk about many eras that throughout times have influenced Tallinn. We will also have a glimpse to the Patarei prison and tell about its history as a sea fortress.
Route We start the trip from Paljassaare peninsula at the west side of Tallinn bay. From there we paddle all the way to the Town hall, built for Moscow Olympic games at year 80. While doing that we paddle from one harbor to another and stop to take pictures and listen about the history and current situation. Before every trip there is short session on paddling basics, so that novices will enjoy paddling as much as experienced paddlers. Guiding language is English. Distance of a trip is 9 km. We will cover the distance in cruising speed, stopping to enjoy the sights.
