DAY 1 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (FRIDAY)

Arrival, Tallinn International Airport. On request we can provide an airport transfer to Hotel Radisson Blu Olympia**** or similar hotel. Check-in at hotel. Welcome meeting with the Baltic Adventure Tour guide. Please ask at reception for more details.


DAY 2 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (SATURDAY)

Breakfast at hotel. We head to the Lahemaa National Park, we will see the Manor House in Palmse. ext on our route is the town of Tartu, which is known the university harbour. Enjoy the tour of the beautiful Old Town. We continue our Baltic Tour drive towards to Latvia and we have an overnight stay in Cesis. Cesis Cesis is a fusion of medieval history and modern life. Its a Hanseatic city with its castle ruins and wonderful greenery. Check-in at the Hotel Kolonna Cesis*** or similar hotel in Cesis.


DAY 3 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (SUNDAY)

We continue our tour through the Gauja National Park to Sigulda, a popular holiday resort.Sigulda is located 53 km away to the East from Riga in the Gauja River valley. This small town is one of the most picturesque towns in Latvia and is often referred to as "the small Latvian Switzerland” because of the beautiful mountainous region. The past of the town is rich in historical events. There were castles built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Knight's Order and Riga's Bishop: Sigulda in 1207, Turaida in 1214 and Krimulda in 1252 out of which only the Turaida Castle has remained. Nowadays, Sigulda is a centre of the Gauja National Park. Sigulda is the most popular tourist and leisure destination as well as a famous place for winter sports competitions with a bob sleight route, which is one of the best in the world, and the downhill skiing routes. We see the ruins of the Episcopal Castle and the ruins of the Castle of the Knights of the Sword before we head towards Riga to hit the highway down to Vilnius. En route we reach the magnificent Rundale Palace, the former summer residence of the Duke of Courland. After a guided tour of the palace we travel through Lithuania to reach Vilnius late afternoon. DAY 4 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (MONDAY)

Vilnius is famous with it beautiful medieval architecture, Old Town and numerous churches. The morning Vilnius sightseeing tour offers a panoramic tour of the city. A walking part of the tour will follow, you will see Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter and Paul Church, St. Anne’s Church, Old University and the Gates of Dawn. After the tour we head towards Trakai, the medieval capital of Lithuania, visit to beautiful Trakai Castle, beautifully sitting on an island in Lake Galve. Most of the day is spent en route to Klaipeda, where we arrive late afternoon. Check in at Hotel National**** or similar standard hotel in Klaipeda.


DAY 5 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (TUESDAY)

Breakfast at hotel. We head to the Curonian spit today. Curonian spilt a thin hundred kilometre piece of land between the Baltic Sea and the Curonian Lagoon. You will see adorable small Lithuania fishing villages, forests and endless beautiful sand dunes and beaches. The first visit on route is at the Hill of Witches in Juodkrante. We carry on to Nida where we visit the High Dunes, Thomas Mann’s Summer House and get to see a lovely resort town. In the early afternoon we check-in at Hotel Nidos Banga***.


DAY 6 (Wednesday) of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Day 11 (MONDAY)

You will be staying a whole week in Nida, which is one of the most beautiful resorts of the Baltic Sea. Curonian Lagoon and old fishing villages are nearby. There are many activities you can take part at extra charge if you are up for it like biking on the spit, dune hiking trips, taking a boat ride along the lagoon, tasing the mst delicios local smoked fish, shop for amber in local souvenir shops, summer events and concerts.


DAY 12 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (TUESDAY)

Today is the last day at Nida. Later in the afternoon we will depart and take our route back to Klaipeda. Check-in at Hotel National**** or similar hotel. Optional dinner at local restaurant 19th century can be prebooked.


DAY 13 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (WEDNESDAY)

Klaipeda is third biggest city in Lithuania, it has a ancient history and was called Memel when it was a Gernam town. There is a charming old town and we will take a tour around it to see its narrow, cobblestone streets and old guild houses. As part of the tour we will stop at the Theatre Square and the Aennchen von Tharau Fountain. After this short tour we will head towards Samogitia National Park, where we will stop and have a walking tour around the beautyful lake of Plateliai. The route continues to Siauliai and Cross Hills, one of the sacred sites of Catholic Lithuania. We head North into Latvia and reach Riga in the afternoon, check-in at Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija**** or similar standard hotel in Riga. An optional organ concert at the Dome Cathedral in the Old Town is offered in the evening, its worth a visit.


DAY 14 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (THURSDAY)

Riga is over 800 years old, it was founded by the German bishop Albert and is the biggest and busiest of the three Baltic State capitals. Riga is proud to offer a wide variety of culture, history, art and architecture, including Art Neauveau. The walking tour of the Old Town includes Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Swedish Gate, the Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guilds and the Freedom Monument. The afternoon is reserved for an optional visit to Jurmala, the vibrant Latvian sea resort, famous for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches. In the evening, enjoy an optional Latvian dinner at the stylish Restaurant Forest.


Day 15 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (FRIDAY)

The tour will take us along the coastal highway to the Estonian summer resort of Parnu. We do a short tour here and a leisurely stroll along the beautiful beach. We arrive to Tallinn later in the afternoon, check-in at Hotel Radisson Blu Olympia**** or similar standard hotel in Tallinn.


Day 16 of the Tour of Baltics- Baltic Adventure Tour (SATURDAY)

Optional transfer to Tallinn international airport can be provided. Please ask.
