DAY 1 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (TUESDAY): Arrival in Riga

Arrival in Riga International Airport, train or bus station, optional transfer can be provided to Hotel Radisson Blu Latvija**** or similar, check-in at hotel, welcome meeting with the Baltic Tour guide to follow.


DAY 2 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (WEDNESDAY): Riga

Before we get to discover Riga in more details we have a chance to see and enjoy medieval Latvia first. The morning optional tour features the beautiful nature of the Gauja National Park and the town of Sigulda. Our guide will tell you a medieval Latvian legend of the Rose of Turaida and you will enjoy the remains of the Episcopal Castle and of the Castle of the Knights of the Sword. Departure for Riga. We offer an optional tour to the Latvian Ethnographical Open Air Museum in the afternoon. An optional organ concert at the Dome Cathedral in Riga Old Town is offered in the evening.


DAY 3 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (THURSDAY): Riga

Riga, the capital of Latvia, is a amazing city, its more than 800 years old. It is geographically located along the Baltic Sea at the southern coast of the Gulf of Riga. Riga is proud of its marvellous architecture - from medieval to Art Nouveau. The walking tour of the Old Town includes Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Swedish Gate, the Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guilds and the Freedom Monument. It is possible to book an optional tour to Jurmala in the afternoon. Jurmala is the vibrant Latvian sea resort, famous for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches. In the evening enjoy an optional Latvian dinner at the stylish Restaurant La Boheme.


DAY 4 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (FRIDAY): Riga -Tallinn

Breakfast at the hotel. The Baltic Metropole tour take us along the coastal highway to Estonia, we will have en route stop in Parnu - popular resort town. We will enjoy a short tour of Parnu before we continue through the North Estonian land of forests and arrive in Tallinn early afternoon, check-in at the Hotel Radisson Blu Olympia**** or similar hotel in Tallinn.


DAY 5 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (SATURDAY): Tallinn

Tallinn is a marvellous fusion of medieval tranquillity and contemporary city life. The medieval Old Town is a busy place in the summer with its many shops, galleries, souvenir markets, outdoor cafés and restaurants. The sightseeing tour includes a walk around the old medieval city walls and into the Old Town where we see Toompea Castle, Dome Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, medieval Old Town Hall and Great Guild Hall. An optional tour can be booked in the afternoon - Kadriorg Park and visit to KUMU art museum. Kumu art museum has a good collection of classic and contemporary fine art. An optional medieval dinner at Restaurant Peppersack is offered in the evening, the restaurant is located in Tallinn Old Town.


DAY 6 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (SUNDAY): Tallinn- Helsinki

In the morning we will take the fast ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki during which you will get a glimpse through the Finnish archipelago before arriving to Helsinki. On arrival a transfer to Hotel Scandic Simonkentta**** or similar hotel in Helsinki, check-in. You will have free time in order to discover and explore Helsinki on your own.


DAY 7 of Baltic Metropoles Tour of Riga, Tallinn & Helsinki (MONDAY): Helsinki

Helsinki is exciting, dynamic, sea town, everywhere is green and lively Finnish capital. Helsinki sightseeing tour features town's harbors, central Mannerheim Street and the Parliament Building, the Finlandia Hall and the Sibelius Monument. A visit the famous Church-in the-Rock is included in the tour. The afternoon offers an optional excursion to Seurasaari Open-Air Museum which is located on a beautiful green island. Seurasaari Open-Air Museum presents to you numerous cottages, farmsteads and manors from all around Finland.
