In the summer and during the golden season of the fall Gauja River offers a new and exciting canoe adventures. The Gauja National Park is the most beautiful part of the Gauja River. The Gauja, weaving its way among steep shores, has cut through Devonian rock over the course of millions of years. The ancient valley is the deepest in the Baltic States.

Canoeing / kayaking activity can be organised in Riga Centre by the Old Town as well.
