Naissaar Island used to be a major navigational landmark since 13.Cen. Various rulers throughout the ages have built their fortresses here and today you will find an Estonian „angkor wat“ with massive ruins overgrown by lush vegetation. Lighthouse has got a stunning views from 45m high observation platform.

Women's Island [Naissaar] Soviet Military and Coastal Folk Heritage Tour (S-Tour)
Naissaar Island was popular outing destination prior to WWII. Island was home for Aibofolk – the swedish heritage islanders, who made fortune as pilots, sealhunters and enjoyed lucrative business with privateers. Soviet Army turned the Island into the secluded military base. You will find here sights from Soviet military period and pre-war life remnants.
