According the Russian law cruise ship passengers can actually visit Russia on visa-waiver scheme providing that the stop in the port of call doesn't exceed 72 hours and tourists stay overnight on board of the cruise ship. Cruise passengers may disembark from the ship without a tourist visa if they participate on tours organised by cruise company or a Russian authorised tour operator.
On passing the border you have to show our personalised excursions ticket, so-called tour-ticket, which we will send you by mail when your booking is confirmed.
